The BMA announced the move after it earlier decided to regulate two city street food spots, Yaowarat and Khao San roads. City Hall's proposed 'Street Food Mecca' is planned for Bang Khunthian district, about 25 kilometres from currently popular street food areas, with no direct public transportation.
